- Guidance documents on mediation, such as the 'UN Guidance for Effective Mediation'.
- Information on UN mediation support activities and services.
- A library of selected resources on mediation issues.

UN Peacemaker also contains a special page on the 'United Nations Guidance for Effective Mediation', which was developed at the request of the General Assembly. Based on broad consultations, the Guidance for Effective Mediation aims to inform the design and management of mediation processes. The document is available in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish.
